CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect the time of all clients, the following policy applies: Rescheduling & Cancellations • Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 20% of the service price. • On repeated no call no shows, appointments will be charged 50% of the service price before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals • 8 minute grace period applies. • Clients arriving 8 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their service.
